## Read the desk

![ANSIO Spot desk with balance cards, bid and ask quotes and order books marked with our MM orders.](https://mintcdn.com/ansio/Tv7Q0RwZX2L68I0t/images/docs/spot-book.jpg?fit=max\&auto=format\&n=Tv7Q0RwZX2L68I0t\&q=85\&s=6620072cdf6ca8243369ada177fa0ac8)

The ANSIO desk with demonstration accounts. Screenshots throughout these guides use sample values.

An order-book marker identifies your bot's order. The balance cards show available capital, and Monitoring separates your quotes from the wider market. A status or timestamp tells you whether the value is current.

If you need help with a particular account, [contact Support](https://docs.ansio.trade/support.md). Include the exchange, pair, bot and time of the issue. Leave API secrets out of messages and screenshots.
