# Use Spread, Equaller and Cashout

> Understand the jobs of Spread, Equaller and Cashout, the settings that control each bot and the limits that stop further trading during a run.

ANSIO's Spot bots perform different jobs. Spread manages quotes near the market, Equaller trades against a reference deviation, and Cashout sells within the limits you set.

>
> **Mode** selects All, Bid only or Ask only. **Min order size** sets the size floor, and **Min size type** chooses quote currency or tokens.
>
> **Max spread** is measured per side. It is not the entire bid-to-ask spread. **Max lost orders** limits how many maximum-spread breaches the bot tolerates before exiting and stopping further requoting.
>
> Use Spread alongside the wider [MM ladder](https://docs.ansio.trade/spot/market-making.md). If you also use [Depth Support](https://docs.ansio.trade/spot/depth-support.md), its spread condition affects whether support orders can be placed.

>
> [Equaller errors](https://docs.ansio.trade/spot/equaller-errors.md) covers exhausted allowances, free funds and rejected orders.
>
> Equaller uses trades to correct a deviation from the reference. It consumes the account's funds.
>
> | Setting | Purpose |
> | - | - |
> | Order size / Order size tokens | Bounds the size of each correction. |
> | Max wasted currency / Max wasted tokens | The allowances for the whole run. Reaching a limit stops the bot. |
> | Deviation tolerance | The deviation the bot allows before correcting. |
> | Mode | All, Buy only or Sell only. |
> | Min order size and precision | The minimum and rounding used for orders. |
>
> Restarting resets the run's allowances. A restart therefore permits further trading; it is not just a display refresh.

> A completed allowance in the ANSIO demo.
>
> [Cashout errors and waiting states](https://docs.ansio.trade/spot/cashout-errors.md) explains price floors, precision, daily limits and synced rotation.
>
> **Min price** sets the price floor. **Daily limit** caps the quote-currency amount sold each day. Precision settings determine permitted price and quantity rounding.
>
> **Not down** pauses sales while the price is falling. **Synced** rotates synced Cashout bots on the same account: one uses its daily allowance, then hands over to the next in start order.
>
> A minimum price of zero provides no meaningful floor if the reference falls sharply. Enter the floor you intend to use, then review the account and daily allowance before applying the settings.

A running status does not guarantee an order can be placed immediately. Available balances, the reference, exchange minimums and your limits still apply. See [Orders and limits](https://docs.ansio.trade/troubleshooting/orders.md).
