Terms of Service

The rules for using ANSIO and the responsibilities that come with running a trading desk.

1. Your agreement with ANSIO

The small print has a job, too. These Terms cover the ANSIO website, application, connected tools and automation. References to “ANSIO”, “we” and “us” concern the provider of the ANSIO service. ANSIO is the service’s trading name. Contact: ops@ansio.trade. Effective date: 8 October 2026. Before connecting an exchange account or enabling trading, you must accept the version of these Terms presented in the application. If you act for a business or client, you must have authority to bind that party and operate the connected accounts. A separately signed agreement takes priority for the matters it expressly covers.

2. What the software does

The desk runs on software. ANSIO provides tools for monitoring accounts, configuring liquidity strategies and automating trading workflows. Depending on enabled features, its systems can submit, change and cancel exchange orders using the credentials and permissions you provide. Autopilot can analyse account context, propose actions and carry out authorised actions. Automated actions can continue while you are offline. Your trading assets remain in your connected venue accounts. ANSIO does not promise returns, a token price, minimum trading volume, a listing outcome or protection from losses. Product examples and simulations are explanatory; they are not recommendations to trade a particular asset or use a particular strategy. These Terms do not determine the regulatory classification of a feature or replace any authorisation required by applicable law.

3. Eligibility and lawful use

The rulebook still applies. You must be at least 18, legally capable of contracting, and entitled to access the relevant venue and market. You must comply with applicable laws, sanctions, exchange rules and any restrictions on derivatives or prediction markets. Do not bypass location restrictions, misrepresent ownership or use another person’s account without authority. Prohibited uses include wash trading, spoofing, layering, misleading volume, market manipulation, fraud, unlawful use of inside information, unauthorised access, interference with other users and attempts to bypass security or usage limits. Market-making tools do not provide an exemption from these rules.

4. Accounts, managers and client permissions

A shared desk still needs clear keys. You are responsible for the users you authorise, their permissions and the instructions they give. Review access when a client engagement or employment ends. Managers must obtain their clients’ authority, explain relevant risks and comply with their own licensing, contractual and reporting duties. ANSIO does not vet or guarantee an independent manager’s competence or performance.

5. Exchange credentials and control

API keys are not conversation starters. Use separate API credentials with the minimum permissions needed. Do not enable withdrawals for an ANSIO trading connection. Apply exchange-side IP restrictions where supported and compatible with your connection. Never send API secrets, passwords, seed phrases or private keys through support messages or Autopilot prompts. You authorise the software to use connected credentials for the features you enable and instructions you submit. Restrict or revoke access at the exchange if you suspect compromise. Revoking a key, disconnecting ANSIO or stopping a strategy does not itself close positions or guarantee cancellation of orders already accepted by a venue. Check and manage remaining exposure directly at the exchange.

6. Autopilot and AI

Autopilot is not a crystal ball. Choose the authority mode, accounts, operating limits and duration carefully. Observe is intended for analysis; Assisted requires approval for the proposed actions presented for approval; Autonomous can act within the authority you enable without asking about each action. Review the actual controls and feature description before activation. AI may misunderstand a request, rely on incomplete information or produce an incorrect explanation. Limits and protective controls can fail because of software faults, market gaps, exchange behaviour or delayed data. They are not a guarantee of maximum loss. Check proposals before approval, supervise enabled automation and maintain a way to intervene through the exchange.

7. Trading risks

Markets do not read promises. Spot trading can leave you holding an illiquid or falling asset. Futures can create leveraged losses, liquidation, funding costs and margin calls; losses may exceed initial margin where the venue’s rules permit. Prediction markets add settlement, resolution, oracle, jurisdiction and collateral risks. Partial fills, fees, slippage, stale balances, contract-size rules, API outages, rate limits and ambiguous exchange responses can change results. A displayed order, balance, position or P&L may lag the venue. Exchange records should be checked when resolving discrepancies. A stop request is not proof that trading has stopped; confirm its result and inspect outstanding orders and positions.

8. Availability and third parties

Even APIs have bad days. Features depend on exchanges, hosting, communications and AI providers. Supported venues, contracts and capabilities may change. A venue shown in a catalogue is not a promise that every account, instrument or feature is available. Experimental and preview features may be changed or withdrawn. No uptime, monitoring or response-time guarantee applies unless separately agreed in writing.

9. Fees and cancellation

Read the bill before pressing go. The price, billing interval, taxes, renewal arrangements, cancellation process and any refund entitlement must be disclosed in the order form or checkout before purchase. Exchange fees, funding and third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Cancelling a subscription does not unwind trades or close venue positions. Mandatory withdrawal and refund rights remain unaffected.

10. Data and intellectual property

Your data is not our souvenir. The Privacy Policy explains personal-data handling. You retain rights to the information you provide and authorise its use as needed to deliver, secure and support the service. ANSIO and its licensors retain rights to the software, branding and documentation. Your right to use the service is limited, non-exclusive and subject to these Terms. Statutory rights and applicable open-source licences remain unaffected.

11. Warranties and liability

There is no undo button for the market. To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise of uninterrupted, error-free or profitable operation. You remain responsible for your trading choices and authorised instructions. ANSIO does not insure trading capital. For business customers, to the extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for indirect or consequential loss, lost business opportunities and loss of anticipated profit. Our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid to ANSIO for the affected service in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. These exclusions and this cap do not apply to fraud, deliberate misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or liability and rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude or limit. They do not displace mandatory consumer or data-protection rights.

12. Third-party claims

Your client’s permission is not optional. Business customers are responsible, to the extent permitted by law, for reasonable losses and defence costs from third-party claims caused by their unlawful use, unauthorised client instructions or material breach of these Terms. This does not cover loss caused by ANSIO’s own breach or misconduct. We will give prompt notice where practicable, allow reasonable participation in the defence and will not impose a settlement obligation without consent.

13. Suspension and termination

Logging out is not closing a position. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary for security, non-payment, material breach, suspected unlawful activity or a legal requirement. We will explain the reason and provide notice where lawful and practicable. You may stop using the service and request account closure through support. Trading obligations at the exchange survive closure. Before leaving, disable automation, verify orders and positions, export necessary records and revoke unneeded credentials.

14. Changes and disputes

Updates happen. Surprises should not. Material changes will be communicated with reasonable advance notice, except where an urgent security or legal change requires earlier action. Where required, we will obtain renewed acceptance. Changes do not retrospectively alter accrued rights. Contact ops@ansio.trade with complaints. Applicable law and jurisdiction are determined by applicable conflict-of-law rules and any valid separately agreed contract. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to bring proceedings in a competent court remain unaffected. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply.
