An order-book marker identifies your bot’s order. The balance cards show available capital, and Monitoring separates your quotes from the wider market. A status or timestamp tells you whether the value is current. If you need help with a particular account, contact Support. Include the exchange, pair, bot and time of the issue. Leave API secrets out of messages and screenshots.
