Cashout can be running while it waits for a permitted sale. Read the waiting reason and the Sold / Remaining amounts before treating a lack of fills as a failure.
Cashout minimum price, daily limit and completed allowance in the ANSIO demo.

The daily allowance is complete in this example. No further sale is needed for this run of the demonstration.

The next ask is below Min price

The waiting reason may be below_min_price. The next safe ask would fall below your price floor, so Cashout waits. Compare the reference, the exchange ask and Min price. Keeping the floor means accepting that sales may pause. Lowering it permits a lower selling price; it does not fix a connection problem.

Cashout limit reached

You may see Cashout limit reached, cashout depleted or a completed daily allowance. Read the detail and progress counters. The intended daily amount may already have been sold, or the remaining amount may be too small to trade. These are different from a rejected order. If the intended allowance is complete, leaving the bot without new sales is expected.

Not enough balance for cashout

Compare free tokens with the proposed sell quantity. Tokens reserved by other asks are not freely available. A remaining USDT allowance does not mean the account has enough tokens to sell that amount. Review both the allowance and the available token balance.

Price precision too coarse for this pair

The raw message may contain cashout_price_precision. One price tick is so large that undercutting the reference ask produces a price at or below zero. Read Price precision against the exchange’s actual price increment for this pair. Do not enter an arbitrary number of decimals: the resulting price must also be accepted by the venue.

Unsafe reference price

You may see Unsafe reference price, too small cost, or an arbitrage_block waiting reason. Compare the reference bid and ask with the exchange book. For an arbitrage block, the reference bid is above the exchange ask. Review the source and pair before changing the price floor.

Order below the minimum

A remaining balance or daily allowance can produce a quantity that becomes zero or falls below the minimum after rounding. Read the exchange minimum, price and quantity precision, remaining allowance and free tokens together. A tiny remainder may not be tradable on that market.

Not down is waiting

Not down can pause sales while the price is falling. Read the selected mode before troubleshooting the API. Turning it off changes when Cashout is allowed to sell.

Synced is waiting

With Synced, Cashout bots on the same account rotate in start order. A bot can wait while another uses its daily allowance. Look at the active Cashout and its remaining allowance. Starting another independent sale would change that intended rotation.

Cashout is not selling alert

For an eligible blocked state, the condition must persist for 15 minutes before this Medium alert fires. Price-precision failures have their own Critical rule with no extra wait. The first-alert wait is separate from your reminder interval. See alert rules and delivery settings.

The ask exists, but no one buys

A resting ask is not a completed sale. Compare the open order with actual fills. Cashout cannot make another participant accept the price. Cashout settings · Balances and PnL
